We just launched The Boundary Waters Defense Fund - and you are invited to join as an inaugural member.

As threats to the Boundary Waters continue to escalate, we need to ensure that we’re ready to meet every challenge without hesitation.

This innovative new fund is dedicated to defending America’s most visited Wilderness - giving us the resources to respond swiftly and strategically to emerging threats in 2025 and beyond.

The stakes have never been higher: the incoming presidential administration has promised to reverse current protections. Now, more than ever, we need a powerful line of defense to meet these threats head-on.

That’s where you come in. The Boundary Waters Defense Fund supports critical legal, legislative, advocacy, and grassroots efforts to protect the Boundary Waters Canoe Area Wilderness in the coming years. It allows us to escalate strategic legal challenges, rally public support, and push for protections at the local, state, and federal levels. All donations to the fund will be doubled up to $50,000 until December 31 thanks to the Manitou Fund.
